My switch keeps dropping and can not connect to the Wi-Fi.

Ensure your master switch is within a strong Wi-Fi range. If not, we recommend using a Wi-Fi range extender, such as the MRE120, to enhance coverage. Additionally, verify that your Wi-Fi password remains unchanged. If the issue persists, please press the restart button to reboot your switch.
