Make sure your master switch is covered with strong Wi-Fi. If not, we suggest you use a Wi-Fi range extender, MRE120 for example, to get your switch covered. Also, make sure your Wi-Fi password hasn't been changed. If still not working, please press the restart button to reboot your switch.
