When you try to set up Meross HomeKit Integrated Smart Radiator Thermostat,  you need to know these tips first.


1. The HomeKit setup code is on the smart hub coming along with the radiator thermostat. Once you set up the smart hub and pair the radiator thermostat with it, Apple will find the radiator.


2. Apple Home app will not recognize the smart hub alone. You need to pair the radiator thermostat with the smart hub and then Apple Home app will find the radiator thermostat.


3. In order to ultilize and maximize all features in the radiator thermostat, we recommend you set up and manage it with Meross app since Apple is not supporting these features in Home app.



If you insist on setting up the thermostat with Apple Home app only. Here are the instructions you need. But please remember that you will not be able to enjoy features listed above.


After you complete the hardware installation according to step 1 to 6 in the user manual, you need to set up the smart hub first and then follow the instructions in the screenshots below.



After you do these three steps shown above, Home app should be able to find the thermostat in a few minutes. If not, you can retry steps above. We do recommend you to use Meross app to set up since we have dedicated troubleshootings for all kinds of fails.


Please  note that once the radiator thermostat get into pairing mode, it might only need 2~3 seconds to pair with the hub while the hub will need up to 2 min to finish the bind process and report to cloud servers. So if you see, on the screen,  the thermostat exits the pairing mode a few seconds after you set it into the pairing mode, it's not that the thermostat is refusing to pair, instead, it means it paired successfully. All you need to do is wait the meross app to finish the process and report you with a congratulation. If you are pairing in Home app, you will need up to 2 min for the app to find the newly added thermostat.
