How to know the device model I have?

There are several ways to identify your meross device model:

1. Check the label on the bottom of the device.


2. Look for the model number on the device's packaging.


3. After setting up the device in the Meross app, find the model on the device settings page.


4. If you have a HomeKit or Matter version device, you can also find the model on the settings page in the Home app.
