According to Alexa's official developer documentation, smart garage doors are classified under two different categories on Alexa, each with distinct voice commands. Please refer to the following instructions:

For users in the US, UK, and Europe:
Device type: "garage"
Voice command: "Alexa, open/close the garage [device name]."

For other regions:
Device type: "lock"
Voice command: "Alexa, lock/unlock the garage [device name]."

*Notes:

1. A PIN code must be set in the Alexa app > Garage Door Settings before using voice commands to operate the door.

2. Using an incorrect voice command may trigger Alexa’s response: "This operation isn’t supported."
