If you are unable to connect your Meross device to a third-party platform, the most likely reasons are:
Your Meross device is not in Matter pairing mode. Please refer to the relevant video guide or user manual to enable Matter pairing mode, then complete the pairing process in the third-party platform.
You are not using a Thread border router that is compatible with the platform you are using. Please check whether your platform’s border router supports Thread.
