Happy New Year to All Meross Users and Matter Products Progress Updates.

Happy new year! We were here to thank the Meross family's support last year. Today, we are glad to bring an update on the progress of our Matter products. Since we started the pre-sale of the first Meross Matter smart plug mini MSS115 in mid-November, your enthusiasm for Matter products exceeded our expectations, which made us speed up developing work and feel more confident about developing more Matter products.

UL is one of the approved verification labs for Matter, which provides a sufficient guarantee of the quality of our products. Also, as EAP partners of Apple, Google, and Alexa, we actively cooperated with the early testing of each platform to fix the possible problems of Matter.

Matter has also had a lot of big events in the last 2 months. At the beginning of October, Matter Standard 1.0 was released in Amsterdam, and Meross was one of the first active participants in this event. Apple started to support Matter from iOS16.1, and the successive releases of iOS16.2 and iOS16.3 beta have been better optimized for Matter. Google officially supported Matter in mid-December on Android 8.1 or later with Google Home 2.62. Alexa will have more Matter support announced at CES 2023.

Since the official release of Matter 1.0, dozens of certified products have been listed on the CSA website (not including the family product line), which shows that Matter is being sought after by more and more brands and manufacturers.

Finally, back to the MSS115 pre-sale and shipment status, which is of most concern to our customers. Currently, our production is in full swing. All production preparation has been completed. However, we regret to inform our customers that our production is a little bit delayed due to the pandemic.

We will ship out the products to our customers in order of purchase from Jan. 3 onwards. There may be a delay of about 2 weeks for some customers. Since Matter is a new technology, we need to solve many technical problems step by step to bring the best user experience to our customers, and we appreciate your understanding. We look forward to sending our products to you as soon as possible. Moreover, the new Meross Matter product for the EU version will come soon next month, and we hope you will like them.
