General description:
The notification service is provided by Google. If you were previously receiving notifications but have suddenly stopped, please check all access types.
Steps to check:
1. Re-enable and disable the notification option in the Meross app. Test by opening and closing the door.
2. If the auto-close or overnight/overtime notifications are not working, remove the original setting and set it up again.
3. If you have upgraded your phone's operating system version or reinstalled Meross, ensure you have granted notification access to the Meross app in your operating system. For example, on iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Meross > Allow Notifications.
4. Remove the device and pair it again. It is recommended to uninstall and reinstall the Meross app.
