Why can't I find my device on the "Select Device Page" of the Meross app?

1. Before adding a new device, update your Meross app to the latest version.
2. Ensure that you do not add equipment abroad. In other countries or regions, the Meross app may load a list of other devices that may not include your device model. Meross does not recommend using the equipment in different countries or regions, especially for devices with different plug types or input voltages.
3. Make sure that your smartphone or tablet is not using VPN or proxy services, as these may provide Meross Cloud with incorrect location information.
