    How can I set timer for my smart garage door opener?

    Please go Home page of your Meross App, tap the "edit"button on the right side of your device's icon. In the settings interface, you can find the "overtime close" and "scheduled shutdown" functions to implement the "auto close" function.

    Is Meross Smart Garage Door Opener compatible with my garage door opener? Do I need accessories?

    General Instructions:

    Meross smart garage door opener is a companion device for existing garage door openers and can be used in conjunction with most garage door openers on the market.

     

    Method 1:

    Go to the compatibility checker and choose your brand/model.

    If the page indicates that your opener requires an accessory, you can easily claim it by following the provided instructions.

     

    Method 2:

    If you are not sure about the compatibility, you can use a pair of pilers to short the wall button terminals. If garage door opens or closes, it's compatible. Otherwise please contact Meross Support for further instructions.

    Caution: If you are not certain about the location of the wall button terminals, please refrain from taking the short test.
