How do I pair the Hub with the Smart Water Leak Sensor?

Double click on the Hub and see the green LED flashing which indicates that the Hub is in pairing mode.
Use the conductor for quick connection of contacts "1 & 2" or contacts "1 & 3" and repeat 3 times in 2 seconds to start pairing with the Hub (within 2 minutes). The snesor LED will flash quickly when pairing.

Why is the sensor LED not blinking when I follow the instructions to connect the contacts "1 & 2" or "1 & 3" with wires?

Improper contact between the probe of the wire and the sensor short contact time will lead to the failure and the LED will not blink. In this case, you can wet your fingers and touch the contact point "1 & 2" or "1 & 3" 3 times (within 2 seconds) with your fingers instead of the wire to make the sensor into pairing moede and the LED will blink.
If you have been using it for a long time, the battery might be dead. Please replace the battery and follow the instructions above.

What is the sensitivity of Smart Water Leak Sensor to detect water leakage?

When there is water flowing through the sensor (on contact 1&2 or 1&3) for more than 3 seconds, the sensor will determine the leakage.

How long can MS400 be used?

Under normal circumstances, sensor will be in low power mode and the battery can last for 18 months. If the power is depleted, you can replace it with a CR123A battery.

I see that Meross has several products (sub-devices) that use the Hub, can these products (sub-devices) share one Hub?

Yes, you can. Specifically, the following.
If you are using the HomeKit version of the Hub (the Hub has a Setup Code with an 8 as a number), this Hub supports all sub-devices in the Meross app (which needs to be updated to the latest firmware). All sub-devices except MTS100 and MS100 can be used with this Hub for HomeKit functionality.
If you are using the Non-HomeKit version of the Hub (no Setup Code on the Hub), this Hub only supports MTS100, MS100 2 products in the Meross app and does not support HomeKit functionality.

How many devices does a Meross Smart Hub support?

A Meross Smart Hub can support up to 16 devices.
