Changed to a new router/Wi-Fi, how to update the smart device?

We suggest using the same Wi-Fi name and password when setting up a new router. If a different Wi-Fi name or password is used, you have two options to update the device settings:


1. For some specific models, the meross app supports the function to update the Wi-Fi. Please navigate to device settings-> SSID-> Start. 


2. For the devices that do not support such a function, you will need to perform a factory reset on your smart device following the instructions in the manual. Afterward, you can configure it again using the Meross app.
