Please ensure that your device is the HomeKit version before proceeding with the setup code.

If your device is still listed in the Meross app: you can retrieve the HomeKit setup code by going to Device settings > Device Info > HomeKit setup code. 

 

If your device is new or has been deleted, follow these steps to obtain the setup code:

For iOS user:

1. Power up the device and press and hold the power/reset button for 5 seconds to factory reset (different devices may have different reset methods, please refer to your device's user manual).

2. Keep the device in the factory mode for 20 minutes.

3. Open the Meross app, tap the + button, select the smart device, and choose the Non-HomeKit version for setup. If the Non-HomeKit setup option is unavailable for some devices, you can select any other device from the list.

4. If the setup is successful, you can find the HomeKit code for this product on the Meross app product settings page. Then, open the Apple Home app to enter the HomeKit code and add the device again.

 

For Andriod user:

1. Set up the device with your Android phone, and find the setup code by going to Device settings > Device Info > HomeKit setup code. 

 

If you still cannot solve the issue, please contact Meross Support with below information:

 

1. your Amazon order invoice.

2. the original Wi-Fi name of the accessory. Follow the user manual to reset the accessory, and go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings page to find it.
