Upgrade firmware for your HomeKit devices! We have released new firmwares for HomeKit devices to drastically improve the connection stability. Please refer to www.meross.com/support/FAQ/447.html and upgrade your HomeKit devices.






If you get the error of "The setup code is incorrect" when you pair your HomeKit device, please do as follows:

a. Be sure to input the exact 8- digit code printed on the setup code label. If it keeps saying incorrect setup code, please contact Meross Support with the photo of your setup code label and a screenshot of picture, we will reply you with the right setup code as soon as possible.

b. Follow user manual to reset the accessory.

c. Power cycle the accessory. For light switch, please reboot it at the circuit breaker.

d. Configure the device again.
