Why can't I find my device on the "Select Device Page" of the Meross app?

1. Before adding a new device, update your Meross app to the latest version.
2. Make sure you do not add equipment abroad. In other countries or regions, the Meross app may load a list of other devices that may not contain your device model. Meross does not recommend customers to use the equipment in different countries or regions, especially for equipment with different plug types, input voltages, etc.
3. Make sure that your smartphone/tablet does not use VPN or proxy services, which may mislead Meross Cloud with wrong location information.
