Almost all Windows 8, 8.1 and Windows 10 systems are pre-installed with Meross network drivers. You can simply try plug-n-play. If plug-n-play method not works on your PC, please follow below two steps for driver installation.

STEP I: HOW TO CHECK MY OPERATING SYSTEM

WINDOWS:



As shown in the picture above, click This PC and select Properties to view the Windows Edition (only applicable on Windows 10, 8.1 and 8 PCs). Alternatively you can check the Windows version by clicking Control Panel->System and Maintenance->System (applicable on Windows 7, Vista and XP PCs).


MACINTOSH

Click the Apple menu at the top of your screen then click About this Mac. Note: Apple has changed the name of it's OS to OS X from Mac OS X. 



LINUX

Open a terminal program (get to a command prompt) and type uname -r. This will give you your kernel version, but might not mention the distribution your running. To find out what distribution of linux your running (Ex. Ubuntu) try lsb_release -a or cat /etc/*release or cat /etc/issue* or cat /proc/version. 


STEP II: NETWORK DRIVER INSTALLATION


Easily install network drivers on Windows, Mac & Linux.

WINDOWS:

Try Plug N Play first. Proceed with manual driver installation in case Plug N Play isn't working.

Prerequisite: Please copy the installation files from the CD we provided or download the latest driver for Windows from our official website, you can click here to go to the download page..

Then please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Locate the Network Driver setup file.

Step 2: Simply run the installation wizard.

MAC OS X:


Prerequisite: Please copy the installation files from the CD we provided or download the latest driver for Mac OS X from our official website, you can click here to go to the download page..

Then please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Locate the Network Driver setup file.

Step 2: Simply run the installation wizard.

LINUX:


Prerequisite: Please copy the installation files from the CD we provided or download the latest driver for Linux from our official website, you can click here to go to the download page..

Then please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Locate the Network Driver setup file.


Step 2: Install the Linux header.


Step 3: Unzip the driver package.

Wait for it to finish.

Step 4: Install the drivers.

Step 5: Execute install script.

Wait for the installation to finish.
