Please check the indicator light. If the light is off:
• Ensure that power is restored to the wall switch of the circuit breaker.
• Verify that the wall switch is wired correctly.
• If you have a smart 3-way switch, make sure the main switch is installed in an electrical box with live and neutral wires. If you are unsure, please switch the installation positions of the host and additional switches and try again.
Additionally, please press the square reboot button (refer to photo below) on the bottom of the switch once to see if the switch will resume normal operation.
