My smart 3-way switch MSS570 turns off automatically after it is turned on.

This means that you have connected the load wire to Traveler-1 on the additional switch. Reconnecting the load cable to Traveler-2 will resolve this issue.

In addition, please refer to the installation video to check the wiring, if required.
