What are Apple HomeKit and Siri?

With the HomeKit framework, you can provide ways to configure accessories and create actions to control them. Users can even group actions together and trigger them using Siri.

The Home app is a pre-installed app on Apple devices that works with smart devices labeled HomeKit. With Home app, you can simply connect your favorite devices and transform your house into a smart and convenient home by using an iPhone, iPad, Macbook, or Apple Watch to control the plugs, lights, switches, thermostats, and more in an easy and secure way.
