General description:

The most likely reason is that your door opening or closing time is longer than the default setting (15 seconds).

Steps to set the customized door opening time:

1. Go to your Device settings-> Advanced settings -> Opening time, choose a suitable time. (MGS200 users need to first enter the "port setting" page to find the "opening time".)
