Only a few garage openers have interference problems with our device. Move our device as far as it can is the way to reduce or avoid interference. You can use our accessory or connect the device to your wall button to achieve it.

Ways to do

1. Move the device to the wall button. You can refer to the MSG100 example below, connect the 'Signal Control Cable' to the wall button wires to do it.

2. Provide the below information to support@meross.com, and we will send you the accessory. (only applicable to the Chamberlain, Liftmaster, Craftsman, and partial Genie openers).

    1) Amazon order ID.

    2) The learn button color of your garage door opener(below is a yellow learn button for reference).

    3) Your opener brand and model.

    4) An address for the accessory shipment.
